SmartSafety는 건설 및 산업 현장의 안전 모니터링을 지원하는 모바일 앱입니다. 이 개인정보처리방침은 AICU가 제공하는 SmartSafety 모바일 앱에서 어떤 정보를 접근, 수집, 사용, 공유, 보관 및 삭제하는지 설명합니다.

1. 처리하는 정보
SmartSafety는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 및 인증 정보: 사용자명, 이메일, 역할, 로그인 상태, 인증 토큰
- 기기 및 앱 식별 정보: 앱에서 생성하거나 서버가 등록한 기기 식별자, 푸시 알림 구독 식별자, 배포 또는 현장 식별자, 앱 버전, 진단 정보
- 장비 및 현장 정보: 장비 일련번호, 카메라 슬롯, 장비 상태, 설치 위치명, GPS 좌표, 주소, 설치 사진
- 위치 정보: 장비 설치 위치 등록과 지도 표시를 위한 정확 또는 대략 위치. 앱은 백그라운드 위치 권한을 사용하지 않습니다.
- 카메라 및 사진 정보: QR/바코드 스캔, 장비 설치 사진 촬영, 카메라 미리보기 및 위반 영상 확인을 위한 카메라/이미지/영상 관련 정보
- 오디오 정보: 사용자가 명시적으로 음성 안내 기능을 실행할 때 녹음되어 현장 카메라 스피커로 전송되는 음성 데이터
- 안전 이벤트 및 알림 정보: 안전 위반 유형, 발생 시각, 카메라 정보, 미검토 알림 상태, 푸시 알림 설정
- 오류 및 진단 정보: 크래시 로그, 네트워크 연결 상태, 서버 연결 오류, 앱 동작 로그
2. 사용 목적
처리되는 정보는 다음 목적에 한해 사용됩니다.
- 사용자 인증, 세션 유지, 등록된 기기 확인
- 안전 위반 확인, 장비 상태 표시, 카메라 원격 제어, 위반 영상 재생
- 장비 설치 위치 등록, 지도 표시, 장비 사진 등록
- 안전 위반 및 미검토 이벤트에 대한 푸시 알림 제공
- 서버 연결 복구, 장애 진단, 앱 안정성 개선
- 법령, 보안, 서비스 운영상 필요한 의무 이행
3. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
SmartSafety는 광고 목적의 판매나 교차 앱 추적을 위해 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 서비스 또는 주체가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 사용자가 연결한 SmartSafety 서버 또는 사용자의 조직이 운영하는 서버
- Firebase 및 Google 서비스: 앱 체크, 서버 주소 복구, 크래시 진단, 지도 표시 등
- OneSignal: 푸시 알림 구독 및 알림 전송
- Apple 또는 Google의 운영체제 푸시 알림 인프라
4. 보안
인증 토큰은 Android 및 iOS의 보안 저장소에 저장됩니다. 외부 클라우드 서비스와의 통신은 HTTPS를 사용합니다. 현장 또는 조직이 직접 운영하는 SmartSafety 서버와의 통신 보안은 해당 배포 환경의 설정에 따르며, 운영 환경에서는 HTTPS 사용을 권장합니다.
5. 보관 및 삭제
앱에 저장된 로컬 인증 및 설정 정보는 로그아웃, 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 삭제 시 제거될 수 있습니다. 서버에 저장된 계정, 장비, 위치, 사진, 알림, 위반 기록 및 진단 정보는 사용자의 조직 또는 AICU가 서비스 운영, 보안, 장애 대응, 법적 의무 이행에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
계정 또는 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청하려면 소속 조직의 SmartSafety 관리자에게 요청하거나 aicu.contact@aicu.life로 문의할 수 있습니다. 요청 처리 시 서비스 제공, 보안 감사 또는 법적 의무를 위해 보관해야 하는 정보는 관련 법령과 내부 정책에 따라 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
6. 권한 사용
- 카메라: QR/바코드 스캔 및 장비 설치 사진 촬영
- 위치: 장비 설치 위치 등록 및 지도 표시
- 마이크: 사용자가 실행한 음성 안내 녹음
- 알림: 안전 위반 및 미검토 이벤트 푸시 알림 표시
- 네트워크: SmartSafety 서버 및 필요한 클라우드 서비스와 통신
7. 아동 개인정보
SmartSafety는 산업 현장 관리자를 위한 업무용 앱이며, 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 위 문의처로 연락해 주십시오.
8. 변경
이 방침은 앱 기능, 배포 환경, 법령 또는 정책 변경에 따라 갱신될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 공개 웹페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

SmartSafety is a mobile app for safety monitoring at construction and industrial sites. This Privacy Policy explains how the SmartSafety mobile app provided by AICU accesses, collects, uses, shares, stores, and deletes user data.

1. Data We Process
- Account and authentication data, such as username, email, role, login status, and authentication tokens
- Device and app identifiers, such as app-generated or server-registered device IDs, push subscription IDs, deployment/site IDs, app version, and diagnostics
- Equipment and site data, such as serial numbers, camera slots, equipment status, installation location names, GPS coordinates, addresses, and installation photos
- Location data for equipment installation and map display. The app does not use background location permission.
- Camera, image, and video data for QR/barcode scanning, installation photos, camera previews, and safety violation video playback
- Audio data recorded only when the user starts the voice announcement feature and sends audio to a site camera speaker
- Safety event and notification data, such as violation type, event time, camera details, review status, and push notification settings
- Error and diagnostic data, such as crash logs, network status, server connection errors, and app logs
2. How We Use Data
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, and verify registered devices
- Show safety violations, equipment status, remote camera controls, and violation videos
- Register equipment installation locations, maps, and photos
- Send push notifications for safety violations and unreviewed events
- Recover server connections, diagnose issues, and improve app stability
- Meet legal, security, and operational requirements
3. Sharing and Service Providers
SmartSafety does not sell personal data for advertising or cross-app tracking. The following services or parties may process data to provide app functionality:
- The SmartSafety server configured by the user or operated by the user's organization
- Firebase and Google services for app integrity, server recovery, crash diagnostics, and maps
- OneSignal for push notification subscriptions and delivery
- Apple or Google operating-system push notification infrastructure
4. Security
Authentication tokens are stored using platform secure storage on Android and iOS. Communications with external cloud services use HTTPS. Security for organization-managed SmartSafety server connections depends on the deployment configuration, and HTTPS is recommended for production use.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local authentication and settings data may be removed when the user logs out, clears app data, or deletes the app. Account, equipment, location, photo, notification, violation, and diagnostic data stored on a server is retained by the user's organization or AICU for as long as needed for service operation, security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.
To request account or related data deletion, contact your organization's SmartSafety administrator or aicu.contact@aicu.life. Some data may be retained where required for service operation, security auditing, or legal obligations.
6. Permissions
- Camera: QR/barcode scanning and installation photo capture
- Location: equipment installation location registration and map display
- Microphone: voice announcement recording started by the user
- Notifications: safety violation and unreviewed event push notifications
- Network: communication with the SmartSafety server and required cloud services
7. Children
SmartSafety is a business app for industrial-site administrators and is not directed to children. If you believe a child's personal data has been processed, contact us at the address above.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as app features, deployment environments, laws, or platform policies change. Material updates will be posted in the app or on this public page.
